Rosemary Essential Oil

Place a few drops of our Rosemary Essential Oil to stimulate the mind, and help to clear breathing caused by colds, infuenza, or sinusitis. 
 

For easier breathing, add (3) drops of Rosemary Essential Oil, and (3) drops of Tea Tree Oil to a bowl of nearly boiling water. Inhale the vapor for 15-20-miuntes. 

To stimulate the mind vaporize in a diffusers, (3) drops of Rosemary Essential Oil, and (3) drops of Peppermint Essential Oil. 

Use to stimulate the scalp, ease dandruff, and promote hair growth. 

Caution: Rosemary Essential Oil is a stimulant and should be avoided by people with high blood pressure and epilepsy.
